Suzuki calvalcade noise like rattling gears coming from seconday drive. noise only when rolling with no load clutch in. Put load on shaft engine no noise accelating or ceaccelerating.

I would say that your "Output Bearing" has gone, this can be confirmed by removing the chrome cover covering the secondary and then the actual secondary cover and "Swinging" up/down side to side on the shaft that comes out of the engine. If there is any movement in the shaft, then that is the cause of the noise.
To repair this, the engine will have to come out and have the bottom of the engine removed to gain access to the bearing. A new (Better after market) bearing is available from www.cademaster.com under Cavalcade parts tab.
