Disconnect your throttle cables from your carb. See if you can manually move the drum on the right hand side of the carb. If it moves freely and springs back, the carb is good. Twist the grip and see what happens. Pull the two screws out of the casing that mounts to your handle bars and disconnect your cables. try twisting the grip. If the grip is good then VIOLA! You have isolated the problem. I recommend bathing the cables in WD-40. I have a 92 DR as well and that definitely made a difference for me. At this point it wouldn't hurt to remove your twist grip and clean it all out. You are at that point anyhow, may as well make it worth the mother of disassembling it all. Good luck!

My cell phone is stuck on where you 1st turn it on, wont let me change any settings. Its just frozen on wont change pages or turn off.

If you are able to take out the battery, then do that. Wait for a minimum of 30 seconds, then put it back in. Once you re-install your battery, start the phone up again & it should work normally. It was just "frozen."

Kickstarter is stuck 2003 Suzuki DR-Z 125 L

Rock the bike gently forward and back while shifting into fifth gear. Now push the bike forward while sitting on it and see if the rear tire turning will turn the motor. If not, your motor is stuck. If it turns, you have a kickstarter issue.
Many people never learned to depress the kickstarter down until you feel it engage before kicking it through. Kicking from the top slams the gear teeth together and causes damage. You may need to pull of the engine cover to determine if there’s damage.
