SOURCE: clutch not fully disengaging
You have either air in your hydraulics which you need to bleed or else the clutch plates are worn/warped....here is the repair manual....

i have a honda cr 125 i put a new clutch , springs and 1st 2nd 5th are good but 3rd 4th are slipping. can some give me some help ! thank you

have a look at the clutch cable there may be far to much slack on it so your not fully disengaging the clutch thats why the bike pulls forwards

if the clutch burned out it must have been slipping causing lots of heat inside were the starter is, all this extra heat wont do the starter any good at all, if its still under warrantee get it back as its clearly not right,, not at all like bmw?
