Can you kick the engine over freely if it's in neutral? If yes, then it is a clutch issue. If no, then your engine may be locked up/damaged.

SOURCE: my kx100 kickstart won't work

have a look at the clutch cable there may be far to much slack on it so your not fully disengaging the clutch thats why the bike pulls forwards

SOURCE: New bike 2008 k1200 gt starting problem when hot

if the clutch burned out it must have been slipping causing lots of heat inside were the starter is, all this extra heat wont do the starter any good at all, if its still under warrantee get it back as its clearly not right,, not at all like bmw?

I have a 2008 BAJA 150cc scooter. Why does the rear tire spin when it's on the kick stand and the bike is on? When the bike is not turned on it hard to move the bike backward

Clutch is stuck on ... you are forcing the engine to turn when you are pushing the bike in the off position. Most likely a broken spring on the clutch dogs or dirt, in some extreme cases the clutch housing could be warped. This happens when a guy try to amp up the bike to do more then what it was suppose to.

Think you have simply frozen your piston from lack of proper fuel and 2 stroke oul mixture. Bike will move in neutral and with the clutch in, just won't kick or bumpstart ! Time for a top end rebuild my friend...good luck !

Does your bike have the decompression lever? If so this could be what is jamming up causing your problems.
Otherwise what often happens is that the kick starter cogs don't mesh correctly, seeing as how you have taken the kick starter apart and put it back again and now no probs I would expect that to be your problem.
It might be worth checking your kick starter for wear, or the return spring to see if it isn't broken.
