if you are able to select gears without the motor stalling I doubt that your clutch is burned I would suspect that you may have sheared the output shaft in the gearbox this is a major job & without the correct tools & knowledge should be entrusted to a qualified technician
If so you have to prime the fuel bowls with gas by opening the pet **** for a minute until the fuel bowls are full of fuel THEN you set your choke if you have a manual choke THEN start the bike.
Sounds like the battery has gone flat. charge it up and try again. If it starts up have the charging system and battery tested at a bike shop if you can't do it yourself.
Your bike should have 3 main wires in the rear even if they split to power 2 bulbs each. 1 for brake light 1 for night rear light 1 for ground. Your trailer should have additionally 2 more for the turn signals.
Headlights and, starter motors require more amps (power) than the blinkers and, taillights so: jump your battery before you tear into the wiring If it still doesn't start or, light up I'll help you troubleshoot the wiring
