A PCM reflash is a reprogramming of your engine computer (power control module), this can be done at a dealer generally, although performance cars go to races shops

Code p0480 blower motor 1 circuit malfunction

This type of problem s very tricky. 98% of the time after you run a couple scans test some wiring and so on it turns out to be the tippon now because of my spelling I will tell you in common english. This is the master fuse box and relay holder they are common to fail but they are costly. Best if you could find a used one but you are taking a chance. To be 100 percent you would need to take it to a shop, and then again it is costly. I would replace this tippon or fuse box/relay box Good Luck Mike L.

Code p0601 on 2001 grand caravan

A doozy! And common to Chrysler Dodge products. The code means the computer detected an internal fault in the PCM. There have been many reported failures of the Program Control Module in Chrysler products.
However, if you took off the connector to the PCM while battery was connected, you may have set the code yourself.
It's pretty much a dealer fix: In most cases, the fix is to replace and reprogram the PCM. In a few instances, the dealer may be able to reflash the PCM and get it working again, but usually it needs replacing and reprogramming. It's probably not, but ask if it's still under emissions warranty.
If you use an independent shop to replace the PCM, make sure they can also program it. Good luck.

I have a 2001 dodge grand caravan with a transmission code 700,731,732,733 what is the fix

These codes mean 'incorrect gear ratio' referencing all four forward gears. Try to drain and flush the transaxle. Usually this means the computer can't shift the gear modulator and the line pressure is too low - either because the transaxle is low on fluid or the fluid is too weak to allow proper line pressure. Otherwise the PCM could be faulty - any other codes present?

Check engine light error code 480

P0480 Cooling Fan I Control Circuit Malfunction
-----------------------------

Chrysler has issued a TSB (#18-004-07)containing the fix for an inoperative cooling fan on 2005-06 Caravans and Town & Country vans with the 3.3L or 3.8L engines. The problem usually occurs after driving in heavy snow conditions where snow and ice form at the bottom of the fan shroud and block the fan blade. This condition also sets a P0480 code in the PCM. The fix requires a PCM reflash. If you have an inoperative cooling fan or a P0480 code, check the version label attached to the PCM. If a software update has not been performed since this TSB’s issue date of January 24, 2007, you should have the update performed before you start replacing any parts.
