ABS light came on for my2001 Chrysler town and country what is the usual problem and approximate cost to fix

Well, it could mean that the emergency brake has not been fully released. The ABS system light is on if something has occurred within the ABS system. Something faulty may have happened there, get it checked out!
for your car you need the us703 to check out the code.

Airbags and ABS lights are on, A/C and Turn signals do not work

I would take to a reputable mechanic to have a diagnostic performed. Sounds like you have a serious electrical problem.

Abs light stays on

No need to untill you fix it. Bad abs senser or sencers. And you need the decoding tool to reset.
