2003 cts wipers will not shut off, do I just need to replace module ?

There was a recall for this issue. The problem is the circuit board would go bad right where the wire harness clips on to the boards causing a short. Best thing to do is go to the dealer and see if the recall is still covers your wiper logic board, but in the mean time. Pull the fuse to your wipers so there not on all the time. If it's not covered and your good with a solder gun, you can re-solder the clip back on the board or replace the logic board. You can pick it up at Auto Zone or any large auto parts store. Good luck and i believe it's still covered but the recall.
