Bearing have gone and extra draught is pushing it to one side a bit hence the noise unless you have a leaf up the pipe above the fan that i had before now ,but the recirculate was quite so yes i have had this before
The radiator bearing has gone bad n needs replaced . Easy fix remove the flux capacitor , fan shroud n fan . Remove and replace the bearing . Then check the fuel pressure with a gauge that u can rent at any auto parts store. Make sure your fuses, n rely
