Sorry forgot also replaced mass airflow the real problem
SOURCE: 1989 GMC 2500 5.7L - engine surges and stalls at idle. Loses power at cruising speed.
Wow you have replaced a lot of stuff. Lets go back to the Fuel pump. When you replaced it did you replace the hose between the pump and the sending unit. These are common for splitting. Have you hooked up a fuel pressure gauge to check what pressure you have? It should be real close to 13 psi and should raise to at least 18 or 19 when you pinch off the return line.
SOURCE: low voltage tps senser.
Not likely getting a bad TPS.Your TPS runs off a 5volt reference wire.Using multimeter with key on engine off Check to make sure you have your 5volt reference check for any deformed terminals or broken wires inside insulation.

Try unplugging the TPS, then start it. If the idle drops, you've found your problem.

next time it won't run after it heats up, spray or pour water in crank sensor and see if it will start. I have seen new crank sensors go bad.
SOURCE: how do i adjust the
your talking voltage so i will assume you know how to use a voltmeter and how to check tps voltage.with the voltmeter connected if you loosen the sensor screws you can move the sensor a little maybe enough to lower the sensor voltage.some of these are not adjustable.
