My Nissan Qashqai DCI 2011 Central Locking is not working and doesnt lock using the key. It was working this morning and drives OK. No issues with the car and starts fine.

check other fuses and relays and re set fuel cut off switch

try looking in the door and see if the bar to central door lock mechanism hasnt come off where the little plastic clip has broke that retains it

Hi there, this is a very common fault, you need to replace the drivers door actuator to stop the noise, ive done loads of these. hope this helps.

Hi there, this is a very common fault, what ever side door the noise is coming from you need to replace the door actuator to cure the noise, Ive done loads of these, not sure how much it is though, hope this helps.

Does it open from the outside once you have manually opened it from the inside.
