SOURCE: The front and rear windscreen washers have stopped working
Generally, the pumps will be located in the fluid resivors. Have some activate the washers while you listen for the sound of the pump. It will make a whirring sound. If the pump motor is running, the next step is to disconnect the hose from the pumps and with compresser air, gently blow through the hose. It is common the the hose or nozzles to clog.

Go and invest in a 12 volt test light. They can be purchased at any parts store. Attach alligator clip of light to a good (any) ground. Have someone activate the washer pump while you pierce the wire with the ice pick end of the test light. One wire is the ground the other is the 12 volt feed to the pump. The ground wire will be black or brown. You might want to just check both wires. If voltage is present the pump motor is bad and will need to be replaced. If there is no voltage you have an open circuit between the fuse and pump motor. Run the test first and let me know what you find.

disconnect the tubes and blow through each one to make sure nothing is in them and then take a straight pin and poke it in each hole to clear those out if no washer solution comes through then then it maybe the washer pump motor listen to hear if the pump is working while someone pushs the button
