Most likely this code is caused by the sensor failing. Sometimes the wire is damaged, but that is not common on this year Odyssey. It would be easy to check for a broken wire, also.
Could be a faulty thermostat or a faulty temp sensor. As long as the computer sees the engine temp is cold it will restrict power to protect the engine. You would need to know if the engine is getting up to normal temp. The engine can be "cold" and still produce some heat thru the heater.
Check first the spark plug if it is soaked or is dark in color (It should be brown without any white speck). You may just need a tune up or timing adjustment or the MAP or oxygen sensor may be bad.
