You say you had the front hubs replaced do you mean the brake rotors.
This sounds like a wheel bearing problem it would make a noise and also as the bearing degrades the wheel wil start to wobble .This would effict brakes traction and stibelty sensors .Who replaced the parts they would be responsable if you had a warrenty
Jack the vehicle up front 1 wheel at a time grap the tire top and bottom it should not move in and out at all if so its a bearing the whole system rides on the bearings .
This is a system so check rotor pads calipers sensors it all has to work together
I had the front hub assembly changed on both sides which is my wheel bearings I also had new brakes put on all 4 tires its making a grinding noise
From what you are saying about what you have done to the vehicle .And now I know for sure someone else did the work .Standard pratice on brake jobs dosn't include new wheel bearings .You spend some money and tryed to do the right thing These poeple who did this jod didn't inspect or repack the front wheel bearings .And now at least one of your front wheels is about fall off and damage your vehicle. If the spindle that the bearing rides on is damaged .
You have a spindle bolted to the frame a bearing tappered roller bearing slides over the spindle 1 inside 1 outside the rotor or hub slides over that with bearig seals inside and outside then a lock nut threads on the end of the spindle and sqishes it all together and its sealed with a lot of wheel bearing greese in side .1 of your front wheels is falling off

SOURCE: anti-lock, traction control, service soon, brake,
Anti-Lock and Trac Off lights are lit on my 1999 Alero, as well. They usually come on after about 5 minutes of driving, but are not always on when I start the car.
SOURCE: my car makes a scrapping and or grinding noise when driving and braking like i'm dragging something
Just by the information you put, I would say its your brakes. They are most likely worn out past the minimum wear (3mm). If its whenever you drive maybe you are dragging something? Your exhaust system supports may have failed, maybe something stuck in there and so you are dragging it along. Take a look underneath your car.
If the noise only happens when you brake then its gotta be a problem with your brakes. Sometimes rocks get stuck in between brake pads and rotors, this makes a very annoying squeeling sound until the rock comes loose and falls out. Another possibility, like I said earlier, is that your brake pads have worn out and is now metal on metal. I recommend you go to a shop and get your brakes checked. Brakes are a very important part of your vehicle, safety especially, so I don't recommend doing it yourself unless you know what you are doing.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

THE PROBLEM IS WITH A HUB WHEEL SPEED SENSOR OR MORE LIKELY THE HARNESS LEADING TO THE HUB.
CHECK THE RESISTANCE AT THE HUB CONNECTION, IT SHOULD BE BETWEEN 900OHMS AND 1300OHMS. THEN SWITCH TO A-C VOLTAGE, IT SHOULD BE 100MV WHEN TURNING THE WHEEL BY HAND. IF BOTH CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM IS IN THE WIRING TO THE HUB.
THE RIGHT FRONT HUB USUALLY HAS A BEND, DOWNWARD THEN UPWARD NEAR THE CONNECTOR TO THE HUB. THAT IS WHERE THE PROBLEM USUALLY OCCURS.
NEW HARNESS WIRES CAN BE BOUGHT AT THE DEALER.
SOURCE: How do you turn off
the only way to reset this ABS light is with an OBDII diagnostic tool. You can buy one for around $25-$200 or any technitian would be able to reset it for you and probably not even charge for that.
If it come back on after reset, that indicates there is a problem somewhere with the ABS system and it will give a code.
if this was helpful please give it thumbs up to help others.
Good luck
