There should be a schrader valve on the fuel rail up on top the motor before it gets to the injectors, relieve all fuel pressure, and then remove the valve core from the schrader valve with a valve core tool. Connect a small rubber hose over the schrader valve and put the other end into a small bucket. Cycle the key in the ignition, but do not start the car, and this will cause the fuel pump to pump small amounts of fresh fuel from the tank through the lines and out into the bucket. Do this as many times as it takes until the old fuel is out of the lines.

You say you had the front hubs replaced do you mean the brake rotors.
This sounds like a wheel bearing problem it would make a noise and also as the bearing degrades the wheel wil start to wobble .This would effict brakes traction and stibelty sensors .Who replaced the parts they would be responsable if you had a warrenty
Jack the vehicle up front 1 wheel at a time grap the tire top and bottom it should not move in and out at all if so its a bearing the whole system rides on the bearings .
This is a system so check rotor pads calipers sensors it all has to work together

There may be something jammed in the mechanism. If you can see inside it you could maybe try to clear it with a screw driver or something.

There are two PCB wiper relays . PCB - printed circuit board , soldered inside the under hood fuse box . GM say's their are non serviceable . You would need to pull the fuse box off the vehicle an take it a part . Have heard of people doing just that an soldering new ones in . Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb Enter vehicle info. Year , make , model an engine size. Under system click on body & accessories ,then under subsystem click on wiper/washer . Click the search button then the blue link. The relays are controlled by the BCM - body control module . Before trying to replace them you should have a qualified repair shop diagnose it , check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes , test the electrical circuits etc....
