There are basically 2 options:
1. Take it to a Toyota authorized service shop to do it.
2. Purchase a shop manual for the car and follow the procedure in the shop manual. Sorry, there isn't much of a shortcut to it; in the bad old days all these kinds of things were so much simpler because there wasn't nearly as much interacting extra parts and interlocks involved. The advantage of getting the shop manual is that you will have the right information for all the other service you might want to do yourself.
