it should be on the rear side of top case the by the on the valve cover opisite side of where you put oil in

it is your air to fuel mixture causing that problem.
When car is cold choke is out and more fuel is given to allwo it to run.
When car warms up fuel returns to a normal level and the problem starts.
If its a carb version then they will need ballancing.
