My fuse box under the hood has corrosion and GM tells me that it needs to be replaced The problem I am having is when I go to start the truck there is nothing lots of power but nothing when you turn the key
SOURCE: shuts off while driving. no fuel pressure. pcm fuse blows/ fuel pump relay inserted.
Sounds like the fuel pump is shorted.

There is one under the passenger seat driver side. Flip up the seat and lift off the cover.

there should be in the underhood fuse box one or 2 accesory fuses made just for your purpose(add ons) They should even be labeled as such or some similar words that one would define as an accesory or add on. Might even be spelled out in the manual.

It could be either the ignition switch, clutch safety switch(if applicacle)or the starter solenoid,I'm including the circuit diagram for you,one of the 2 or three if it's manual trans has short,if the fuse is blowing as soon as you turn the key on(not engaging the starter)it will be in the switch itself or the clutch safety switch. If it happens when you go to engage the starter it's most likely the solenoid.

Look on the driver's side fender well under the hood. Should be a long black rectangular box there. That is the power center or fuse block. The relays and fuses are inside. The top is not hard to remove. Hope this helped and best wishes.
