Please have a look on the following items:
- Radiator fuse, relay, relay 2 and relay 3. They are located in the engine compartment.
- Radiator fan switch. It is located on cylinder head on the water splitter near the thermostat.
- Harness wiring for broken wire, loose, contaminate or corroded connectors.
Check in the engine compartment fuse box (a.k.a. Integrated Power Module, or IPM), Fuse No 19, 50A.
Also check the "Relay - Radiator Fan High/Low Control" and the "Relay - Radiator fan control", both of which are located in the IPM. Check inside the IPM's lid for relay locations.
could be radiator fan switch, to test turn on AC and see if fan comes on, if not locate the relays for the fan and jump them out if fan comes on replace the relay (some models will have multiple relays for three speed engine fan operation. here's a link to help diagnose http://www.aa1car.com/library/electric_cooling_fan.htm
They will only come on if the engine is over 225 degrees or the ac is on.The fans are controlled by the pcm. There are three fan relays located in the relay center under the hood on driver side. The puller fan (radiator side) is controlled by the PCM and relay B which is the first relay on the right side of the relay center counting from the front of the car (nearest driver side headlight).
