Hello; the one thing you can try before the dealer,(and if that is the the way you may have to go,and not to costly)is to remove both battery cables,the negative first then the positive, reinstall the same way, leave them off for a good 30 min's this sometimes works, lets the p.c.m readjust itself, like i said if this wont do it,the dealer can,with your paper work on the car, hope this works for you,good luck to you....

recurring message security problem. car will not restart
my car wont start. It says starting disabled, theft deterrent activated or something close. this all ahppened after My girlfriend got a key made at ace hardware and tried it in the ignition. Then she called me and I told her to use the old key that worked fine and that one no longer start the vehicle. Now what??? Please help with any way to get this started
My wife drove the car this morning and when she was leaving a couple hours later, the car turns over good but does not fire. The security light is flashing but I am not sure if flashes all the time before it starts.
