The Vehicle was recently in an accident with minor damage. The car has been driven for the alst wekk without incident. Today, when my husband unlocked the door, the horn/factory installed security alarm went off. He could not get it to shut off no matter what he did. The keys do not have a "key fob" to unlock by remote- but they are electric locks. What can he do to shut off the horn so he can drive it to the shop?

No no no state laws state you can take it to whom ever you want. Insurance Co. Have so called preferred repair shops but you have the right too choose whomever you want as long as it is a licensed repair facility!
depending on the amount/location of damage to the vehicle you could have damaged the wiring harness leading to blown fuses, or damaged important sensors/relays that, if damaged, wont allow the vehicle to start. or you could have tripped the rollover switch which cuts the power to the engine in the event of a rollover to help prevent fires. but can be set off if damaged or hit hard enough. Start checking fuses and wiring on the damaged part of the vehicle. I hope this info helps.
Check for worn suspension parts, uneven tire wear, mismatched tire sizes etc... Was the vehicle hit or in an accident however minor, did the undercarriage contact debris on the highway, was the vehicle recently serviced (brakes or tires)
Some vehicles have an impact switch that shuts the fuel of, in event of an accident, give your Honda dealer a call they should be able to tell you how to activate it
Check you suspension/steering components. Something is damaged or worn out. Any minor (or major) accidents recently? Big pot hole, slid off the road, went over a curb, etc? Something may be damaged from one of these incidents. Are you the only one to drive the Murano? I ask, because I have seen people swear that they never had an minor mishaps, only to discover Jr. took the car out off-roading, and bent the heck out of the lower control arm when he hit a rock. No damage evident until it was checked for alignment, which was way out of whack. Drive the car up on ramps and look very closely for any scrapes, dents, bends, etc. It is most likely a suspension component that needs to be replaced. Let me know what you find. Good luck!
Something is causing the vibrating, which is not normal. Need more info-at what speed does it occur, vibrating in steering wheel, or ? What type of climate where you are (driving through something that sticks to the tires can cause vibrating, like road tar). Has anyone else driven the car recently? Could they (or anyone)have hit a large pot hole, curb, minor accident? All these scenarios could cause what you describe. If something was hit as listed, you would need to have the wheel alignment checked, and also suspension components for any damage.
