I drive a Mercury Sable 2003. I recently got into a car accident. My back left wheel is bent and I had my study replaced already. When it goes down hill or I make a sudden turn I hear a scraping sound. Could this mean I have bent my frame and permanent damage is done?

This may be from the power steering. Check for leaking fluids underneath. You may also inspect the steering boot for oil inside. It may be bad seals, broken parts or incorrect fluid or fluid may be at the incorrect level.

depends how badly damaged the front suspension is minor 250 up to 1000+ a body or mechanic shop has to inspect what is bent ,damaged or broken and they can give u a ballpark figure my estimate is just by what i would think needs to be replaced wheel flop not greatest indicator of damage

loose wheel not caused by cv joints. More likely ball joint or tie rod end. Usually need a lift to do this kind of work. If cv boot is torn open, replace axle as well. If you haven't done this kind of work before, recommend you get some help from someone that has done it.
