Sounds like you have an alarm problem. You need to have someone familliar with the particular system in your vehicle either disable, remove or replace it.

I had the same problem with my 94. if you don't have the original key fob you can deactivate the alarm with your regular key simply by unlocking the doors one by one until the alarm stops. if that didn't work you will have to remove the interior door trim and manually turn the switch (located next to the key tumbler) in the same direction as you would if you were unlocking the door. and then make sure the switch stays in that position. if that doesn't work. there's not much else. you can't pull the fuse on the alarm without rendering the vehicle useless.

Take the keys out of the ignition and lock the doors. Then unlock them with the keys. This will disable the alarm

Horn doesnt work on 95 grand cherokee

This is a very common problem on the jeep, in fact I have just replaced mine. If the horn relay clicks as you have already said then the horns themselves are most likely the problem. Look up under the front fender next to the radiator just forward of the passenger wheel; the horns are there. Remove them, only one bolt hold both and try them on a battery, if they don't beep change them, they are about $30 for the pair.

1996 grand cherokee-6cyl When making tight turns,

Hi, the likely problem is a worn out CV joint on one of your axles. Check for a torn boot on either axle. Once a toot tears open, dirt gets in and wears out the joint. Please let me know if you have more questions, and thanks for using FixYa.
