Normally attached at opposite end of throttle linkage. Remove your air cleaner intake hose at throttle body, and observe throttle plate that opens & closes as you press accelerator, it will be at the end of that, on outside of housing.

Camshaft position sensor location 2000 Honda Accord

A camshaft position (CMP) sensor is typically only used as a reference for sequential fuel injection into the cylinders by the powertrain control module (PCM). Technically speaking, the 2000 Honda Accord doesn't have a CMP sensor, rather a cylinder position sensor (CYP). This should not be confused with the crankshaft position sensor (CKP) which is primarily used for ignition timing. There are also two different engine options for the vehicle being the 2.3L 4-cylinder engine and the 3.0 V6 engine. Sensor locations will be different for each option so it's important to first identify which engine is in the vehicle. The CYP sensor for the 2.3L 4-cylinder engine is located inside the distributor and is not serviceable; the whole distributor would need to be replaced. The CYP sensor for the 3.0L V6 on the other hand is located behind the left camshaft pulley on the timing belt back cover and is a serviceable part. yes the tps could be the problem, but you need to use a scanner to determine the problem, don't just randomly replace parts, you could also have a problem with the air flow sensor, again use a scanner to determine the problem

2002 honda passport ex starts fine and then dies moments later-then will not start again, then I put it in nuetral and it starts

Classic symptoms of low fuel flow. I'd start by replacing the fuel filter (that's fairly cheap) and getting the fuel pump checked - it may be getting ready to conk out on you (not as cheap). Getting the injectors cleaned may help also.

If the fuel delivery system checks out, then the throttle position sensor may be bad.
