When I put gas in the car it stays on "E". And when I'm riding around the temperature gauge is not moving either. This all started when my alarm went off and my car shut down so I decided to rearrange the fuses and sensors under the hood but with no prevail. I finally had it towed to my house and I started again hitting all types of buttons in the interior of the car when I noticed it was FINALLY trying to kick over so I got a jump and it started. Now that it is running again these gauges on my panel NO LONGER work i.e. temp gauge and gas gauge. Any help is appreciated

As far as the running and shutting down you might try checking the EGR valve. however, this sounds like an electrical issue... a really weird one. You'll probably have to take it to a local shop that does well with electrical problems.

Sounds like you have a broken wire. Check the wires under the fuse panel under the hood. Its a problem with Chrysler mini vans and it might be the same here.

I would suggest that that you remove the Battery and if you have access to a Charger, put it on charge for 24 hrs.
Your choice!
In the meantime, remove the Alternator and have it TESTED at a Reputable accessory store.
Alternatively, Wait to see what the Battery response is to a LONG SLOW CHARGE, reconnect it, and attempt the START UP procedure.
It could be one or the other, or both at once.
Once these Electrics have been proved GOOD, the Instruments should correct themselces, when the Ignition is Energised next time.

you most likely need a new alternator
SOURCE: Sraying Coolant
clean the engine compartment and fill the radiator start the car and let it idle until you find the coolant leak
