If the electric is getting to motor by using a volt meter the motor is goosed but could also be a relay or a switch get all cheap stuff checked first before pulling out for a motor

answer the bottom of window as the electric arm.
first check for 12vdc across the 2 motor pins.
12v, (actived?) yes, motor is bad or jammed
0v (activate) yes, power bad to this point.
all with a $10 volt meter , guessing ends.
there is only one fuse for all window motors, so if one window works that means that your fuse is good, check elec. conections going to the door for win. motor, some times elect. wires break. or your window motor needs to be replce. hope this will help you bye.
Sounds like a case of a bad radiator elec. cooling fan motor, fan should come on with a/c on, if it don't, check fuses, if fuse ok, check for voltage at cooling fan motor, if you do have voltage, replace elec. cooling fan motor.
IF THE MOTOR IS STILL FINE A ON TRACK IT HAS TO BE ELEC. SO PUSH THE UP SWITCH VERY FAST ALOT OF TIMES TO SEE IF IT GETS A CONNECTION. IF SOAND IT MOVES ITS THE SWITCH IF NOT YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO GET TO THE MOTOR PULL PLUG OFF PUSH SWITCH AND SEE IF IT IS GETTING ELEC THERE
The first thing that I would do is check for electricty at the motors them sel and work your way back.If there is elec. at the window motor it's self susspect a motor problem.Remove the motor to see if it spins (but it dosen't me its good it could be week)next check for binding in the window mecanism.
