Air leaks are usually difficult to find by yourself... Have someone drive along with you and feel the incoming air, back to it's source. Depending on what & where the leak is, generally it can be fixed with either duct tape or "dum-dum" (a kind of non-hardening compound that can be obtained at any body shop which is also used on water leaks and body noises.) Good luck

Fresh air vent door is not closing,,, or blend door not working,,check elec or vac switches behind glove box for proper move ment,,, or if you have duel climate controls if could be defective ,,,not working on that side
Yes your in the right area, it should be up under passenger side behind housing etc., where blower motor is located. If you haven't noticed coolant return bottle level going down then I would have the cooling system pressure tested to see if it drops, indicating a leak somewhere. Also check all your hoses and connections especially near firewall where they go in to vehicle, in case there is a small leak at fitting or hose and the fumes from it are being drawn in through fresh air intake under cowl at base of windshield. It might just be an external leak, and fumes are being drawn into cab.
Some of these pickups would develop an air leak between the air inlet section of the HVAC box and the cowl or firewall area. This leak would allow cold air to seep into the cab [usually by the passengers feet] in the winter and hot air in the summer. The other rarer cause I've seen is the recirculation door actuator motor sometimes won't hold the recirculation door closed which can also cause a leak. Sorry but I don't have a procedure to fix either of these for you as the ones I saw were still under warranty and went back to the dealers. Hope this helps narrow it down and good luck!
sounds like a typical pneumatic door problem ...perhaps a vac. leak to the drivers side a/c door (most likely) listen for any vacumn hissing sounds on that side....or a hose duct loose/leaking which i doubt.
there is a motor actuator that moves these doors for hot and cold, two separate ones for either side. the motor unit for drivers side is no good and needs new one. replace this and all will be good.
your speed switch located in heater box usually one wire to it in passenger feet area above "TOES" usually you loose 1 or 2 speeds on fan but it is unplugged or completely cooked good luck!
