Im putting a turbo on my 2005 Hyundai Elantra and I'm told no one offers a dyno software to tune it.I have gathered from researching that basically all i really need to do is adjust the air/fuel ratio. Is it really as simple as a thicker head gasket and bigger injectors?I am only gonna run 8 psi because it is my daily driver and wouldn't really boost hard i just want some extra power for now and eventually tune the wastegate to 15 or so psi(if i can get it tuned).Any suggestions would help
Don't think I would be botherd with a thicker head gasket because you are not altering the compression ratio just the amount of air available to the engine
AS for the injectors size, they are more than capable of handling the extra fuel requirement
The problem is getting the fueling parameters reset in the ECM to accomodate the turbo addition to maintain the air/fuel ratio
any speed shop that has a chassis dyno can rechip the ECM to get the parameters right as they do it all the time when tuning speed engines
I woud consider that when moving the turbo from one engine that the ecm be moved along with the turbo as it is already chipped to run the turbo and that neans that you are just changing engines
SOURCE: need fil for error code P2626 Hyundai Elantra GLS
P2626 O2 Sensor Pumping Current Trim Circuit/Open (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
I'll sure this has to do with a faulty O2 sensor. This sensor is usually
located around the header of your car, or down more on your exhaust.
Try disconnecting your battery for 30 mins, hook it back up, and start
your car again. This will erase the error. See if it comes in again.
Hope this help (remember rated this post).

going to go with a mechanical fuel management unit.its cheap on price compared to electronic fuel management systems, only costing 85 bucks plus shipping and all i guess but not 400 to 4000 dollars.
