Greg, I read your complete message, but nowhere did I see that you replaced the Cam Sensor. The EGR will cause it to stall at stops but usually will not prevent it from restarting. Timing, Vacuum leak. The MAF may need to be cleaned. There are specialty spray cans for this.

did you check the fluid in the transmissin it could be low or also it could need a new transmission filter i wouldnt try to drive it it anymore without checkin or changin it because it will burn it up

Yes the IAC valve could be the problem, or the throttle body could be dirty.
Is the check engine light on ?

CHECK YOUR PCV VALVE

Take it to AutoZone for a free diagnostic scan. Your local Ford dealer will charge you $100+ for the same scan.

It sounds like the idle control valve and/or the mass air flow sensor. The scan will accurately pinpoint the problem.

Id have your battery and alternator checked out for dirty contacts, proper operation and voltage output.

Honda is notorius for bad MAIN RELAYS the solder in them crack and can not be seen with the nacked eye. This is due to simple expansion & contraction the solder heats up & cools down. Try that.
