Was driving stopped put it reverse wouldnt go backwards and so put it in drive drove into stall parked it the next day started van reversed out of stall drove to store came out of store started it drove half the parking lot and it just stopped going forward or back parked it over night went the next day to tow home and was able to drive it about one block and then no more forward movement towed it home parked it then 3days later had to remove from stall for parking lot maitnance went out with intention to push it onto the street to park and after starting it was able to limp it to the street with the it does not really drive either it just limps or bogs its way till it wont go at all
Did you check the fluid in the transmissin it could be low or also it could need a new transmission filter i wouldnt try to drive it it anymore without checkin or changin it because it will burn it up

The reason i ask is when you change the trans fluid way after its do the new trans fluid is detergent type and fresh fluid can put the transmission in shock(Trans Shock). This can wipe out a transmission in 5 miles or so seen it too many times. Let me know how it goes. Lee
It sounds like the linkage at the transmission has come loose. Have someone get inside and move the shift lever from gear to gear so you can see where the linkage is on your transmission. You'll have to climb under ypou truck to see this, on the drivers side. check to see that all the bolts are tight. Your switch that allows you truck to start in Park or Neutral is located there.
