you need to find a wireless security option in the routers menu. The term is Wireless encryption WEP type encryption. The network name is not the correct term what you are referring to is called SSID and is the name of the wireless network. Broken solder where the port connects to the MB would do this. Are you handy with a soldering iron?

I don't see that model camera, If it is mounted on a bracket with a plate, there should be a screw in the stem that you can loosen and then twist the camera so it is upright. Then you tighten the screw.
