Its not the machine it is the provider that has your massages. contact your provider.

While the screen goes blank, does it drop the call? Are the handsets fully charged, or are they on the charging dock whenever they are not in use? The batteries may need to be replaced. Bad batteries can in some cases cause the phone features to not fully work. They are located in the back, bottom of the handset. Or do you think it powers itself?. And offcourse they're on the market, loading the unit by solarpanels, but qualitywise is a constant powersource the best. succes, greets richard

Have you found a fix? I am having same problem except I did download surveillance software for free (Eyeline) and using the usb adapter it works but only for 1 camera at a time. I am trying to see 2 or 4 at once on my pc monitor.

Demo equipment is often sold, usually at much reduced price and as long as you get a warranty of some sort and it is proven to work. Then there is no reason you cannot use it
