take the battery out, screw it back in, then power on. if it still doesn't cut on, charge the battery up. remember to set the time and date after taking the battery out.
It could be a few things.
1. Bad keypad / power button ($30.00 and labor)
2. The power connection is lose from the main board.
3. Corrosion on the rear battery terminal.
4. Lose connection / Battery Springs
5. Bad Main Board.
Most of the time when a laser will not power on, it is a battery connection issue. You can carefully open it and inspect the wiring (red and black cable that goes to the green main board)
If the only problem is that it wont power on I'd be willing to bet it's repairable. Those units are notorious for not holding calibration. If you drop one chances are it may no longer hold calibration due to a bad compensator.
Any laser dealer with a service center should be able to pop that thing open and fix it pretty quickly
If you don't want to pay to have it repaired, open it and check the connections. Be careful not to touch anything unless you have an esd wrist strap, or you could damage the main board. At this point it's already broken so there is no harm in trying.

Yes it seems to be a very good buy. Just go to the Amazon page and read the reviews.

Probably worth paying the extra $10 for the upgraded version $109.99.
..
The fuse needs to be replaced then because it has blown on you or it might also be the fact that it was stopped working on you guys and you will need to buy a new one.Or it could be the plug or the power cord.
Unfortunately a badly written question. What is a 'memory exit USB'?
' do I to have '? Word missing?
All USBs work. Some dives that you attach them to have 'maximum capacity' restrictions.
