Hi there, I haven't had this issue on my iPhone 4 running iOS 5. However, I do click my lock after the video starts playing. Have you tried this? Perhaps locking yourself rather than letting the phone may be an easy fix. Hope this helps! If not please advise which iPhone and os version.

If you have just one Audio Out RCA jack then the camcorder only recorded in MONO, so all you would need to do is either plug the wire coming from your single Audio Out jack into the left or white input jack of your Capture Device which may have an option in the software program to set it to recieve audio in MONO, or you can buy a RCA Jack Splitter that goes from a single Female RCA jack on one end and 2 Male RCA Jacks on the other end. Then you take the end of the Splitter with 2 plugs and plug one of them into the White Jack and the other into the Red Jack on your Capture Device, and the other end with just one plug should plug into the cord coming from the Black Jack on your Camcorder.

it might be your Flash player. Just update your Flash player to latest one. It depends on your viewing time, also. If a lot of them watch same video at same time, it slows down the server or just freezes it.

I did some research and it was difficult to find an exact answer online searching some forums and FAQs on websites.
I contacted DISH through their chat feature and they recommended you contact their support at 1-800-333-3474
- in general you should be able to go inti the Apple TV settings and pick your “provider” to “marry” the services together.
Certain channels may require separate activation codes such as HBO GO where you have to actually go to www.hbogo.com/activate to complete the registration

To switch the tv provider in iOS: open the settings app, then “TV Provider” there you can log out, and select what iOS apps have permission to access that provider login.

In Apple TV: Settings app, Accounts, then under ACCOUNTS select TV Provider.

Answer may be late but try other devices on the same input. Try another HDMI cord. Try another input for the Apple TV. Try it on a different tv display.

I suggest that you don't buy a smart TV because Samsung or LGS or else don't always update their software with new services. They force you to buy a new Tv to update. Also the user interface is not very good if you compare to Apple TV.
