this is my 3rd brand new apollo 3000 that is not working! What is with this product? Fan works but no light

No, machine keeps running, but lamp is out. This is cool down cycle. Dont turn it off. It will vary from 15 seconds up to 2 minutes. This is pretty normal.

The 3M Thermofax 45-FGA has a lamp reset switch located near the lamp holder. This switch needs to be pressed after changing the lamp to reset the lamp timer. If the lamp reset switch has been pressed and the light still does not come on, there may be a problem with the lamp holder, ballast, or power supply. It is recommended that you consult the device's user manual

well it sounds like you may have cut a wire or pull one somewhere. i would go ahead and take it apart carefully and check everything. may have unplugged something hopfully! let me know whwat happens!

The dispenser snaps open from the bottom of the purse. Be sure to refill with a pad that is made for dispensers as they are different than the regular post it pads.
