I have no supply voltage to the coil in my Ford 1988 F250. I have changed the ignition switch and tested the wiring harness. Both have proven not to be the problem. What should I do next? Help?? Thank

My 1995 Ford f250 was stolen They tore the ignition switch out. now I have no fuel pressure and no spark. Should I replace the steering column? does the ignition switch allow the fuel pump to turn on?
