I just bought a Perfecta EZ33959 I am having trouble with it wobbling.. toilet itself wobbles and the back tank wobbles.. how can I fix this... I do not want to put too much pressure .. as I have broken a toilet before because of that.

Two have flush levers (handles) that fall off in your hand.
The complication here is that Jacuzzi does not make toilets anymore than Sears makes refrigerators. In Sear's case their Kenmore refrigerators are from Whirlpool with the Kenmore name.
It is my understanding that Eljer was the manufacturer of the toilets with the Jacuzzi name typically sold at box stores. With that as a starting point, surf the web for any Eljer toilet tank replacement parts and see if you can find a similiar flusher
If the tank froze and broke it is highly likely the toilet itself may have a crack somewhere inside. You may buy the tank and find out later on the toilet itself it cracked. You have then wasted your money. Buying the tank and paying the shipping is more than likely about as much as a whole new toilet. My advice is to buy a new toilet.
The tank gasket is a large one, and it appears oversized, but this is the right size. It is held in place by bolts that pass from the tank into the back flanged portion of the base, behind the seat. If it is wobbly, you can try to tighten the bolts, but usually the best course is to replace the bolts and gasket as a unit. The replacement parts are sold as a set, and are available at any hardware store. When installing, keep the tank level, and do not overtighten, but try for equally snug.

you need to tighten the nuts under the tank. the tank is not even.
The best method is hand tight the nuts to approximately same pressure on all 3 nuts. then use socket ratchet, one turn each,one at a time, till the tank stop rocking. stop right there. flush the toilet, check for leak. tighten as needed. make sure all 3 nuts have even pressure.
