First go to settings.......then go to call forward or call divert...........then cancel all divert or all call forwarding to voice mail...........enjoy... :)

Most of the newer phones have a feature that quiets the ringtone when you touch the phone or move it. You can deactivate this feature in the settings menu. I hopes this helps you..

your "Ring Cycle" -- that's the number of rings before the voice mail
system picks up.
Some phone companies have a way for you to do
this yourself from their website, other require that you call up the
customer service line. Either way, the thing you want to adjust is your
voice mail ring cycle.
