Look, if the amp is 1500watts mono, then you have the capability to run a sub up to the full 1500watts, but i see on the specs for this amp that it has output for 2 speakers, which means up to 750watts each speaker. That's more than enough to power your L7's. They're trying to sell you something you don't really need in my opinion. Hope this helps.

I have 3 L7 kicker 15" subs will my audio pipe 1500 watt run them

Well the L7 15'' solo-baric subs are rated at 1000 watts RMS, so that would be 3000 watts of RMS amplifier power you would need to supply to adequately power all of them. I also suggest that an amp capable of producing more power than what is needed is usually better in order to prevent the amplifier from running at maximum capacity for long periods. In short your amplifier will power those subs, however you will only be able to supply 1500 RMS watts to the three subs so you will only be pushing the subs to 50% of their rated capacity while using 100% of amp capacity which will make your amp run "hot" and your subs run "weak", but if you're in a pinch it will work. Your best bet in this situation is to wire the setup so that the subs and amp are operating at minimum ohm stable impendence (usually 2 ohm). Seeing that you have 3 subs begging for 3,000 watts of power and you are only going to give it half of what it wants, I would suggest upgrading the amp or at least buying another one so that you can bridge the wattage and redistribute to all three subs with the correct impendence.

Can i use a 300 watt amp for 2, 800 watt woofers

yes, but you would not get the same performance as you would if you gave them the suggested power. I have found that it is always better to use a more powerful amp than your subs are rated for (as long as it is clean, high quality, low distortion power). I have had the best luck with name brand amps (kicker, rockford fosgate, phoenix gold,etc...). I hope this will be helpful to you.

I have one 10in. Kicker L7. and a Kenwood KAC-929 1000 watt amp. What are all the wires i should buy that can make this setup run?

Need an amp kit up to 1000 watts, speaker wire. Amp kits have most of the wires needed such as, power, ground, and remote wire. As well as all the connectors needed.

I have 2 15 inch L5 solo baric subs and need a amp?

the 15" l5 is rated at 750 watts rms so i suggest you get an amp with atleast that much power because if you get a amp weaker than that you run the risk of clipping your subs and blowing them

What size amp do i need to run 4 1000 watt pyle 10's bridged

well first of all you cant bridge subs... you can bridge an amp... and for 2 they are probablly not 1000 watts, make sure you understand RMS and what the sub can ACTUALLY HANDLE properly... i would get a 1000 to 1500 watt RMS that is RMS RMS RMS RMS amp not one that says 2000 watts MAX POWER cuz thats cheap ****... get a kicker JL hifonic alpine or something in that category that actually tells you the TRUE power output of the amp... then run those 4 subs in a parallel circuit so its like really only having 2 subs. make sure then these subs do not run less then 2 ohms at the terminals while in a parallel, then bridge these subs acting as 2 subs not 4 to your TRUE 1000 watt amp and you should have a good powerful system

SHOULD I GO AHEAD AND BUY A 400 WATT AMP?

All amps aren't created equal. More exspense amps put out "cleaner" power. You need to know what the RMS power rating is for the amp at 8 ohms and 4 ohms. Also, is the speaker an 8 or 4 ohm speaker? How you wire a speaker or speakers (series or paralell) can change the ohms (resistence) which will change the power put out of the amp. Also, I'm assuming you are setting it up in mono?

How to order

The L7 I have is brand new in the box (not a speaker box just the retail packaging box) and the rms is 750 watts RMS and 1500 watts peak, but you are correct they blow easy when you push rated power to them, the hifonics subs will take 1200 watts rms all day long and over 3500 peak for burping at competitions, i run mine at 2000 watts everyday in a daily driver. if you hook 1 dual 4 ohm sub to a zx1000.1 it will be 2 ohm load on the amp so you will get 1000 watts to the sub so if you want to run it slightly underpowered to keep it from blowing use the 750.1 per sub, i can do those at about 250 each shipped

the price is 150 plus 10$ flat rate USPS shipping and yes I accept paypal [email protected] .

the warranty starts the day you buy it for 12 months but kicker will not cover burned or blown voice coils, that is why i recommended the hifonics (which is what i use to compete with now) because they put out better quality sound and alot more of it and they will take alot of abuse, if you want boxed speakers ready to go in kicker brand ported boxes I can have them drop shipped right to your door as well, the only reason i am selling the 1 L7 i have so cheap is because a customer ordered it then never paid for it so I am selling it at cost. be careful if you are buying on ebay as you have no warranty at all and you cant force the seller to give you 1 even if they say it has 1. because authorized dealers are not allowed to do internet sales at all so kicker and most other companies will not honor the warranties.

also you dont need 2 amps you can use 1 bigger amp and still run 2 subs just by changing how you wire the subs at the amp. 1 large amp costs less than 2 smaller 1's usually just not with kicker brand

Wiring

provided that the memphis studio series is still 1 ohm stable you would wire each coil of each speaker like this : posive to positive negative to negetive on the speaker using 2 jumper wires then run 1 coil from each subs positive and negative the input on the amp that amp would see a 1 ohm load from both speakers as each speaker would become a 2 ohm load. from experience, memphis does not make an amplifier that is brutal enough on power for L7 15" solos, i have the st 1600 d amp running only 2 dual 4 ohm 10 L5's and it is barely enough power for them. For less money than your 2 subs cost retail I can get you brand new matching 2000 watt true competition rated and proven 1 ohm power and 2 subs that would physically fit in your current box, i would however recommend a very very large box for 2 15" squares. you can email me at [email protected] , my advice and system designs are always free even if you do not buy thru me. I am usually 1/3 to 1/2 what retail is with full warranties and i can drop ship anywhere in the U.S.A.
