Your TV have sound? If your TV have sound but no picture the problem is in the high voltage section of the crt board or try to adjust the screen adjustment.Its located in the flyback inside the TV at the back right side,the lower adjustment is the screen and upper is focus adjustment. If totaly your TV has black out check the fuse at the back if busted then replace it with same value.

Hope this helps.... Your monitor has an inverter issue. You know it's an inverter problem when:
1. Your monitor starts normally and displays the startup/desktop screen for a while.
2. Then it suddenly goes off, leaving a blank (black) screen or a very dim display.
