have you checked wire harness @ rear of truck ? and along frame rail, ? and condition of the rear taillight assymblies, ? corrosion could be in these areas. check all ground wires also, not sure about relay ! don' t think so ! why would brakes need one ?
The instructions for loading/ejecting the navigation DVD is covered in the navigation supplement to your vehicle owner's manual that came with your truck.
You could try re locking the doors then unlock them. Then open the hood and disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for 2 minutes. Hook up the battery and start the truck. This will flush the PCM's cache and restore everything to its normal state.
The first thing to check is fuel pressure. If you don't have a gauge, they can be rented at many parts stores. Wear your safety glasses. Get back to me with engine size, and I will get ou the pressure spec.
If your PU didn't come with factory installed fog lights then you will need to replace your headlight switch with a fog light enabled headlight switch.

You only need to get the components you don't already have. The headlight switch that is fog enabled will pull out for fog light operation, if yous doesn't you need to replace the switch and do some wiring as shown in the pdf file linked above.
