The yellow is from having the color temperature set wrong. There is either a temperature setting, a light type setting (sun, fluorescent etc) or both. These will change the color hue of your pictures.

When I plug in my nikon coolpix s3000 my computer says "Catastrophic error", any help?

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Nikon Transfer or Picasa.

When I use Nikon Coolpicx S 3000 inside of home at night, screen look really yellow. Pictures comes out O.K. Is this problem or this is how it should be...? Thanks

Incandescent lighting is yellow in color and will show up that way on the screen. The camera's auto white balance corrects for this in the final picture.

How can i use Nikkon Coolpix S3000 as a webcam?

Sorry, you can't. The S3000 is designed to store high-res images and videos to memory, not to stream low-res video live to another device.

Lack of definition, blurriness.

Experiment with lowering the "exposure compensation" setting until you get the desired results. Also, don't forget to use a tripod.
