Color, despite any adjustments has too much yellow in most pictures. also seems to lack sharpness.
Store says all Nikon's point and shoot cameras have that problem. Ideass?

The yellow is from having the color temperature set wrong. There is either a temperature setting, a light type setting (sun, fluorescent etc) or both. These will change the color hue of your pictures.
