There are two reasons for this... Either the battery has lost its life, or the problem is with the phone...
Try using a different battery that has a good battery backup in another phone...
If the other battery gives a good backup for your phone, then the battery in your phone is not working properly.
Even if the other battery drains out quickly then the fault is in the phone. Some phones makes the battery to drain out soon.... In this case you can try to fix this problem by taking it to a reputed service center or you can give the phone in exchange for a new phone...

Battery dies too quickly
Did you fully charge your battery when you first opened the phone? If not, the battery will never hold a full charge. it tells in the booklet that comes with your phone. Not giving your phone at least 16 hours on the first charge might cause battery trouble later. You may need to replace the battery. I hope this helps.

Ok first of all you should never let a phone die out of charge at all.IF it dies out of charge there are chances it might charge again once you charge it but in some cases it wont, you need to boost your battery just like jump start your car.It cannot be done anywhere except some service centre. If you are not taking to your service center , then you need to buy a new battery.

                 U are saying that u have bought this mobile 2 yrs back so check wither ur battery has been expired and change it.Otherwise switch off ur mobile and put it in charge and check it out the normal standby for any mobile is 2 to 3 hrs.Kindly check it and revert back

Phone won't hold charge at all
it's because of water damage, there should be a little square && it should be WHITE, most likely if your having this problem its because the little square is RED.
