According to the manual, your machine does data transfers in the .SEW format, so this would be the best format for you to download embroidery patterns in. However, if you find a pattern you like that's only available in other formats, I'd suggest downloading it in however many formats are available and see which, and how many of them, you can read. Experimenting on this doesn't cost you a thing other than a little time and can bring some big rewards!

Will a kenmore elite ergo 3 embroidery/sewing machine be able to operate wirelessly ?

Hi,

I could not find any page or article that associated your product with the word wireless or wifi, so I would have to assume that this is not the case (ie your machine cannot communicate wirelessly). Thank you.

You can start with taking pictures of your designs and posting them on sites like letgo, OfferUp, as well as eBay, Amazon and social media sites would be a great start. Hope this helps, good luck

How to transfer embroidery patterns to Brother sewing/embroidery machine

Machine designs first designator is the file name. Your machine shows the file number for the design you want. You do still need to "select" that design number shown to actually begin teh file transfer from a thumb drive or cable direct from your computer if your machine has that feature.

Looking for an internet site that offers a patch for Kenmore (Janome)R/W 19000 embroidery software for Windows XP. The orig software is only compatible with Windows 95 and MS Word. Thanks so much.

I was informed there was no patch. The software was formated for windows 95 and will only work with that software. you can pick up a computer for less than 100 with that old windows system-- that is what I did.

Looking to purchase a Janome Memory Craft 5700 - refurbished

Yes, you have to have the customizer to download patterns. They are not being made by Janome anymore, so you have to find one on the web. The 9000 also uses memory cards. These are not made anymore either so the same applies- try the internet. And make sure you get the ones that fit the 9000 or the 5700. Best luck -I have the 5700 - a stripped down version of yours. linda

I had the same problem and after buying a new card, found out that you get that message if the pattern you are trying to transfer is too big. reduce the size of the pattern and see if that works
