Hamilton beach 3 in 1 slow cooker

Ive got the same problem. I need a replacement 2 quart crock. Mine is cracked!!!!! This stinks. I went to the HB site and one would think that they would sell replacement crocks. No luck. I need the 2 qt bowl and lid. Cannot find a replacement on ANY website. Why make a product with no replacement parts. New Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker--After using it three times, the glaze on the ceramic pot has white spots. I looks like the glaze is coming off or wearing thin. I had to return the first slow cooker (also Hamilton Beach)for the same reason. What causes the spotting or how to I remove the spots? Thanks.
