The mixing tools are generally not sold separately, but what you can do is go to your local store that has mixing machines, and ask what tools are included. However, anyone who has been in a kitchen will recognize these names: * Wood handled rubber(flexible) spatula. * plastic spoon for batters and doughs * hand made (yes, you will re-use household items) scoop for dough made from ordinary wash-up soap bottles or bleach bottles (its a very soft plastic, and when shaped to match your bowl set, will work wonders). This way, you can get quality tools that you like, and are comfortable using. If you find something is missing, just look on the website for your favorite online store as well.

tried to add photo?here is picture of front.24339d0a-c65c-455f-bc0f-e465c0fb25d8.jpgOK, worked...On the front, though, it flashed the number "20".No, its not a Men-In-Black memory neutralizer, its just the error code. The 'manufacturer' FAQ video indicates that the system is designed to not start boiling, unless the interlock for the pressure is in place. Most likely, is that the locking mechanism is stuck, or broken. This is the 2nd place to check after the "seal" portion on the edge.

Heat intensity is warm, 1, 2, 3 (highest)
How to operate: Plug in. Set timer to amount of hours to cook. Press the SELECT button to scroll thru 4 settings - "warm", "1" (Low), "2" (Medium)", "3" (High). Once the desired cooking temp selected, press the "round circle" power button to begin cooking. The time display will now start to count down to "0:00" When the cooking time has been reached, the slow cooker will automatically go into "warm" mode for a maximum of 6 hours, then automatically turn off. NOTE: Not recommended using the WARM setting for more than 4 hours at a time. NOTE2: To stop the cooking process at any time, press the "round circle" power button. The unit will default to "0:00" time but the indicator light in the "3" high position will remain on.

There are lots of places to get a 'manual' for your Proctor-Silex slow cooker.But.... since they are essentially the same inside, most manuals that you find (even online) are similar.I would begin with looking Online at the link enclosed. (tried to add, but failed)The website is ManualsOnline dot com.If that fails, try the manufacturer website , ProctorSilex dot com and enter your model number, there I found a "use and Care Guide".Since, you did not ask for a "Service Manual", the first book to review is the "Use and Care" guide. If it is a "service manual", this is a different question.Attached (uploaded?) is a copy of the "Use and Care Guide" from Proctor-Silex. (Tried to upload, but will not allow PDFs, sigh).website for P&S :
