Don't hold your breath - I tried to get spare parts from Stanley before which resulted in a lengthy lecture from a woman at Stanley about how Stanley products don't need spare parts, how if something breaks or goes wrong while under warranty it is replaced and if it is out of warranty you just throw it away because "you have had your money's worth"...
I did try once to buy a staple pusher for an Arrow staple gun. It was theoretically available but clearly priced not to sell as it was only marginally cheaper than buying the whole staple gun...
You will likely have to open up the case to look inside.
The main components will be a circuit board, a 12v power supply, a 12v air pump and a 12v rechargeable battery. It sounds like a loose connection on the air compressor pump. When you turn it on it normally vibrates and is loud. This may be enough to shake loose a wire connection. If so it should be an easy fix to crimp or solder.
I can probably find the parts you want but... buy the time you buy the parts and get it shipped to you it will cost you just as much or more than buying a new chalk line. The Stanley tools Model 547480-2 is the 100 ft model with Chalk retail $27.50 or $25.00 without chalk model 547480. I am not trying to discourage you from repairing your chalk line. but, I am telling you that new vs repair is going to be the nearly same cost when you include the expense of parts, tax shipping and handling. (also add your time lost that it took to do the chalk line repair.)
The picture looks a lot like a Solo sprayer I have. I wouldn't be surprised if Solo made them for Stanley. Do a search for Solo sprayers. They have a site. My sprayer is a Solo 425
I have the same problem and have found no answers from Stanley Bostitch customer service. They redirect to a telephone number that does not answer. Solution: Don't buy Stanley Bostitch.
