It's fairly easy to do (unlike Ducane Grills). To help you, I have included a link to your Owners Manual, which will really help you. Go to the Maintenance section, Page E-1 for the drawings and description of how to remove the burners.

Hope this helps you to "Get 'er done!"

SOURCE: some holes are plugged on burners and i need to clean

Use a stiff wire brush on the burner tubes to loosen debris. Use and up and down motion. I've also used a bent safety pin to clean out each hole individually which is very tedious and time consuming. You may have to disassemble the gas burners to get to the burner tubes, but Webers are farily easy to take apart and then put back together again.

Hello. I have Weber Summit 670 NG and I would like to convert it to LPG. I was told that it can be solved if I replace the NG Orifice with LPG Orifice. Is that true ? Where can I buy the LPG Orifice...

Ronni, unfortunately none of the Weber grills are approved for conversion from one type of gas to another. Each grill is tested and approved for it's specific gas type. Based on that, converting it, places all the liability on you, if something should go wrong. In addition, it takes more than just the burner orifices to convert a grill safely. With any gas appliance, always err on the side of caution and safety.

We have the Summit 675 NG built in grill that is several years old. The igniters and crossover tubes have totally eroded. Can we just manually light the grill with no additional problems or do these...

Yes, you probably could for a while. But, the rust and corrosion is going to spread to the other burners eventually. So, it would be better to replace, what's needed. The parts are available directly from Weber
http://store.weber.com/parts/gas/ Or from Appliance Factory Parts
http://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/

The parts you need are not expensive and are fairly easy to install.

Hope this helped you. Please let me know and Happy Grilling!!

How do I remove burner tubes on summit gold

The burner ends (the tips farthest from you) are either held in place with a sheet metal screw or the tip fits it a small slot. Either way, removing the burners is the same. If it has a sheet metal screw - remove the screw and lift the burner up and toward the back of the grill. While lifting the burner, pull if away from the front of the grill, so that it slides off the the venturi valve and the burner will lift out.

That's about all there is to it. To help you further, I have included a link to your Owners Manual, that you can download and print for future reference.
