I have a samsung e370 which needs a sim lock and i do not have this can u please help,the phone is a second hand

try 00000000 but it maynot work. This is the master reset code for a samsung. But it maynot work for the sim code or Phone lock code.

your phone is either networked locked or you need to insert your PUK code,contact your service provider for your PUK code.

to reset the phone you need to switch off the phone, take out the simcard, switch it on again, put in code *2767*3855# phone will reset for a 1min.put simcard in & switch phone on ......the codes are all reset to default (000000)

1. remove your simcard
2. type *2767*3855# ALL DATA WILL BE LOST.

all settings should return to defaults includeing security codes or turn off.
