From what i could find on your case you can put 2 extra 80mm fans in. some things you want to look at when you buy fans is that they have power plugs that work with your power supply. the old white molex are the most comman type . So if your power supply has only the new black serial plugs you will need an adapter. the next thing you need to look for is noise level. most fans will list a decible level "Db" the lower the better. generally the lower the rpm the quieter the fan. case fans use special screws so make sure some come with the fan. I'm in need of a fan for my unit the shaft is seized. My model is SFI 412 but I can't find any replacement for this model.

the shaft can be unseized by applying penetrating oil and turning it manually.

Or take the motor out and take to a refrigeration supplies outlet, or a fan motor seller / reconditioner and say "I want one of these". You need the motor, not the 'fan'. The fan fits on the motor spindle.

Oven lights and works fine till it reaches set temp then panel goes blank and oven shuts off

Check the cooling fan inside of your control panel. Most likely the computer board overheats and shuts itself down.
