I have a T30 and my keyboard will not use or maybe say I cannot use the following keys r,t,y,u,f,g,h,j,v,b,n,m. The one I use at work is a T43 and this model is a little different. If you could help, that would be great.

If the keys where digits are also mentioned are printing wrong then might be num lock is on.
Other wise it is a keyboard issue so please get it repaired.
Does THIS help? It looks to be a good walkthrough. The trick is that the "scissor" type bracket for the key must be raised up while you put the key on. Some keys are easily just pressed into position, but it looks like this manual might help.
YES.... providing that the hard drive was not completely re-formated before the windows OS was installed.
Usually, manufacturers leave a section of the HD for this so in the event that something goes wrong, you would be abke to revert back to the manufacturer's setup.
Simply follow the following instructions... :
1) remove power from the T30. 2) hold or tap the 'G' key on the keyboard 3) apply power back on T30 while maintaining step 2) 4) turn on T30 via power button while maintaining step 2) 5) T30 should eventually boot up and in factory default settings.
If
this doesn't work, repeat process or the T30 was configured to disable
the 'G' key. In this case you need to reflash the firmware on the T30.
You have enabled the number lock feature on the keyboard. Hold the fn key and press the num lk key, the fn & numlk are in blue on most keyboards, this combination enables or disables the numbers lock.
First, if there is no Euro symbol then this isn't a European keyboard, or it was made before the Euro was introduced, which I believe is the issue in this case, and there's nothing that can be done to get the Euro into the system. As far as the function key is concerned, you may need to do a bios flash or update in order to restore the function key features. Do the flash/update and get back to me.
You've activated Euro mode. This is toggled by pressing holding the Fn key plus an Fkey that has an icon in the same color as the lettering on the Fn key that looks like the Euro symbol. Press the Fn key plus the Euro key to toggle out of Euro mode.
